A quote for a heat pump started with a phone call. What a customer would save, and which setup suited their house, only became clear once someone had worked it out for them.
What we built
A configurator that works out the savings live and shows which setup fits the house. The customer gets a substantiated indication before anyone comes round.
The result
A quote now starts from real numbers instead of a phone call. The conversation that follows is about the choice, not about the arithmetic.
A walkthrough of the heat pump scan: the address is filled in, gas usage and property details are entered, and the tool shows which heat pump fits, what it saves and how long the payback takes. A notification then goes out to the customer and to the company automatically.
