You talk to the person writing the code
What you discuss is what gets built, because there is nobody in between.
01
Who is behind this
There is one person behind Ploink. The same one has the call, writes the code and delivers it. No account manager passing your wishes on to a team you never speak to.
Which systems that involves is listed under services.
02
Why this company exists
Most agencies build what you ask for. That sounds reasonable until you notice it puts the hard part on you: working out what you actually need.
We start somewhere else. What takes three hours that should take ten minutes. Where the leads disappear. What you would stop doing tomorrow if you could. Then we build for that, and we say so when software is not the answer.
03
The film
A minute and a half on where Ploink comes from. It has sound, so start it when it suits you.
04
Who this is for
Businesses that keep tripping over manual work. A quote put together by hand, leads that vanish into a mailbox, a website that looks good and brings in nothing.
And who it isn't for: we are not the cheapest, we do not do a quick theme, and there is no account manager here.
