Put your request together

Pick what this is about. You will see straight away what we mean by it, and what we need from you before we start. At the bottom there are three fields and nothing else.

01What it is about

Pick one. If you are not sure, skip it and write it down at the bottom.

02What that means

Open whatever you want to know. You do not have to read this to send.

Nothing picked yet

Pick what this is about above, and what it involves appears here.

A website

Roughly what it costs in time

Four to eight weeks, depending on how many pages there are and how quickly copy arrives.

What we need from you

Your current site or whatever replaces it, your brand if you have one, and someone on your side who can make decisions.

When this is not the answer

If you have a site that works fine and you only want something changed, a new site is a waste of your money. Just say so, and we will see whether an afternoon covers it.

A tool or calculator

Roughly what it costs in time

Two to six weeks. The arithmetic takes the time, not the screen.

What we need from you

The rules as you use them now, even if they live in someone's head or in a spreadsheet. And what should happen once the answer comes out.

When this is not the answer

If the rules change every month and nobody can write them down, you are building a tool that is behind from day one. Then it is a conversation about those rules first.

Custom software

Roughly what it costs in time

From eight weeks, and it is never finished in one go. That is not hedging, it is how it works.

What we need from you

One person on your side who has time for it, and access to what runs now. Without that person it stalls, and not on the technology.

When this is not the answer

If off-the-shelf software does eighty percent, buy that. We say so too, even when it leaves us nothing to build.

The article engine

Roughly what it costs in time

Two weeks to set up, and after that it keeps running.

What we need from you

Material. Product sheets, maintenance instructions, and above all the explanations your inside sales team emails out. That last one already exists and is worth the most.

When this is not the answer

If there is no material and none is coming, the pieces will start repeating themselves. Then this is wasted money and we say so beforehand.

03Over to you

The more concrete the better. What takes three hours that should take ten minutes?

You'll hear back within two working days.
